French Fries

Found this lovely and easy recipe here and tried it out last night. It worked!


okay, okay, so maybe I burnt a few of them, but they were SO GOOD! (the oven temp. on the recipe called for 475 degrees Fahrenheit, but I found that was too high for me--notice the burnt edges of fries. 375 worked great with the last two trays.)

Not everyone in my fam like Cajun spices, so I made up my own: salt. pepper. smoked paprika. and garlic. not a certain amount of either, just enough to sprinkle over all of the fries. It was very tasty.



I am definitely looking forward to making these again soon!
